Recipe | Super overnight porridge
Porridge -1/3 cup
flaxseed powder- 1/3 cup
Greek yoghurt -1/3 cup
soya milk-1/2 cup or bit more if you like it creamier
chia seed- 1tbsp
Honey- 1 tsp
blueberries or strawberries optional
|Keeping it cool in cling film|
- Mix all the ingredient together except honey and fruits in a bowl or small wide mouth glass. seal the top with cling film
- Leave it overnight in freeze.
- Ready to eat following morning.
